after 10 years on lithium 900-1800 my nephrologist (kidney dr) said it wastime to consider stopping lithium because of future kidney problems -which i di 2 years ago---anyone else have this problem???

No what are you substituting with? My ex fater in law deceased now was classic bipolar very manic very down then and took lithium most of life. Phillipa

substituting with 600 mg of tegretol and 100 mg of lamictal
