Hi I am new. I've been on Emsam for a few months now, just upping my dosage recently to the 9 mg/24 hr patch. I have a few questions and will post them separately. First is there a vitamin that is considered safe? I think I have been taking too many supplements and want to simplify to just one multivitamin.

country life brand is the most quality brand you can get,its gmp certified which is a cert supplements,good ones carry.
