Nortriptyline/Valdoxan experience?

Hi all
After being on 75 mg Nort for 3 weeks, I started up 25 mg Valdoxan 1 week ago. I havent felt any improvement since then, it is more like the quiet good periods that also were present earlier have vanished and I am more into a state of just OK.
I have read other people felt a relief already after a few days on Valdoxan - could the Nort in my case be "blocking" the positive effect?

I know it is probably to soon to say anything definite yet but I would like to hear from some of the "expects" in this forum if this combo (in theory) would be good.
I am not too much into the technical sides other than Nort is working mostly on noradrenaline and Valdoxan is serotonin - and should help on sleep which is also one of my problems.

My main problem is moderate to severe unipolar depression. I had a similar episode 3 years ago.

Any help or views are most welcome. I am going to my p doc tomorrow, he is very kind but like a straw in the wind (yes I thought about changing to another but it will take a lot of time) so a little ammo would be nice...
