Stupidly took double clomip/anafranil dose last ev

Hi
I am slowly reducing my anafranil dose to hopefully 25mg whichb I have been well on in the past.
I am doing this slowly because i have had severe withdrawal issues in the past.

Anyway i am currently taking 45mg but was very tired last night and almost certain that I took 2 x 45mg by mistake.

I seem ok this morning (brain feels a bit 'foggy' but pulse etc all ok.) im drinking plenty of water.
Is there anything else I should be doing - and should I just take my dose as normal tonight.
