I've been a member since 2003 here at PB. But it is finally time to leave. I don't like the person I am becoming on this board. I am acting like a selfish bitch and that is NOT who I am. Today I lost the friendship of a past Babbler here because I became too wrapped up in my own problems. I hurt him so much that he no longer wants to communicate with me. That is what I needed to hear to finally detach myself from here. It's very painful to lose a friend, and I know that he is in pain as well because I hurt him so much. Shame on me! SHAME ON ME!I need to leave PB so that I can be the person I once was.
Thank you to those who have given me so much support over the years. I am going to leave my Babble Mail on so that people, if they want to, can still contact me. You know who you are.

I am sorry you plan to leave. I do not think you act like a b**ch on this forum and find your comments helpful and your situation sad and in need of support. I wish you well though. I do not use babblemail. The forum is enough interaction for me.

I had a very similar blow-up on another board. Although not all of the misunderstanding was my fault some was and its best like you say to just disconnect sometimes. Its been a growth experience and I did learn from it.
Its wonderful to give advice and spare people suffering through things youve found solutions to. But conflicts with other people can stress you out and make things worse. If thats the case its not worth doing.
