Here we go again the start of another cocktail . we all hope and prey when we start something new that it will be the one, that is what keeps us going. we remember the good feelin times and only want to get back to that point and put the bad feelin times behind us. iam starting 150mg of lithium anybody know what to expect.

Good low dose maybe some feeling of peace or less anxiety if you have it and great luck. Phillipa

You will be very thirsty and if you aren't still drink enough water during the day. Lithium is a salt. Chances are you will get bloated the first week, but if you drink more, the bloatedness, should go away.
You might feel a bit dizzy or tired.
It might make you hungry, or it might make you lose your appetite. It's hard to know how your body will react to it.

Maybe some thirst, as other posters have mentioned. Maybe a little stomach upset but it should go away.
