I am seeing a neurologist who specializes in sleep this week
and I am supposed to return to work next week but I don't feel that I am
ready to go back since the issue has not been resolved. I am very
skeptical that he will be able to help me and my regular doctor has
basically thrown his hands up in the air at this point regarding all of
the disability papers that my insurance company has sent him. I think I
will need to get some kind of reasonable accommodation to go into work
later in the mornings but I don't know if he will be willing to do any
more paperwork for that. I just don't know what else to do. This posting is a continuation of a previous one from two weeks ago about my experience with chronic insomnia and where I am at with it now. Anyone with advice or recommendations please chime in ...

If you're out already on work Disability can you tell them the situation and ask to come in earlier and leave later then if they say they need a docs note I'm pretty sure he'd write this. I do know what this is like been there Phillipa
