I'm tired
if I thought there was a med that would help this, then I'd ask
it takes everything I have to tolerate it
I'm ok with people I feel safe with, but that's not a lot of people.
I'm feeling some agitation lately too, very uncomfortable....maybe that's the meds
maybe it's me.
but I can't tolerate the getting off of them process long enough to know
and I'm feeling down, my energy is dragging and I just want to space out

Been feeling the same lately so I had to restart zyprexa 3 weeks ago. It seems to help with the social anxiety, ocd etc.

I must have fallen down the same hole but it's winter here and it's not getting warmer so I can't blame the seasons. Ugh, I'm back on the med go round, good luck!

Coldest for over a decade, and worse in some places. Compared to North America and Europe it's not that cold but where I live it's been snowing down to 300-500 meters.
Maybe that is why I've been stuck in bed for almost 3 months straight now.

Oh no that is horrible hear a lot of people had to wear coats this year and not just jumpsuits which I think means sweater? Phillipa ps please keep the cold?
