Glycine or Lithium? what shall i begin with???
im on vacation, do you think i can get manic or have adverse effects from the Glycine?if so i am going to ask my new doctor for lithium
what do you experts think ?

Neither.
Doxycyline and drops of St Johns Wort, very low doses each.
Well, forget the word neither above.I take that back. Glycine yes. But glycine by itself or with an antipsychotic, I wouldn't place any bets on that. Get a pathogen killer involved.

I think many of us are way past the point of relying on whatever we read to apply to us specifically. That's what keeps people in a box. That keeps people sick. You have to throw the book away and try stuff.
If you think about it, everything you read that is good for you has turned out to be bad for you. That's my point. It works the other way around too ya know.
