Nardil and drunk sensation

Posted by julie1977 on June 11, 2010, at 7:17:50

Sometimes I get a weird sensation in my head when I close my eyes, its like being drunk. It feels like my brain is pulsating and i'm dizzy, like i'm on a wave. When I open my eyes I feel fine. Is it perhaps some kind of a fit? I'm on 60mg Nardil and 5mg Olanzapine. I think it might precede a mood change, although i'm not sure. On wednesday I woke up depressed and spent the rest of the day depressed, I left work sick at 12pm and headed to the gym. I sat on their sofas and closed my eyes - then had that 'drunk' feeling. I then fell asleep for nearly an hour, woke up and went and exercised. Came home and again felt depressed. What is going on?

I don't drive.
I only occasionally get the drunk feeling.
Is there noone else on MAO's who has this sensation?
