From what I heard, it has impressive HAM-D and HAM-A scores and excellent tolerability with sexual side effects and weight gain no different from placebo. Anyone have any experience (ie clinical trials), or inside information about it?

I hope this drug has better luck with the FDA than did gepirone. Gepirone, a drug with similar properties to vilazodone, was rejected twice.

christ we need structural modifiers/nanobots/etc
think, one COULD contruct a info processor just of a single signal type
such as the compute-er that you are reading this on
evolution only happened to favor multiptle signals
it is possible that monoamines and a few things like benzos are the best you can do on gross signal levels. MAOIS are about it.
