For two years I've taken a benzo.
The past year it's been 1-2 mg Xanax at least 2/3 the extended version. The rest instant release.In one week I'm taking .25mg a day.
Should I know something?

Just that until I saw on here that benzos were supposed to have withdrawal effects I never had any. Not all do. Phillipa ps how come your're stopping it?

Because it's affecting the way I sleep, and I am on way too many meds for my comfort. Then, with this 'fibro' or whatever episode, I'm thinking more seriously about my meds. Need good quality sleep to feel better.
I gotta start somewhere.
