Has anyone used Stadol? I sometimes use this nosespray for migraines. Just wanted to compare notes with others on some of the meds I use.

I haven't, no. Stadol is known to produce unpleasant mood changes quite frequently.

Really? I have not heard that. That should well with my Lamictal then huh? :)

Stadol causes negative mood effects more commonly that other opioids. It's definitely not a first-line drug for migraine. I assume you've tried NSAIDs and triptans?
