Hi, was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on whether these could work as an AD and for akithasia like symptoms in the day (requip). and for sleep at night (seroquel) or would they just counteract each other?
my theory is dampening down acetylcholine and prolactin by increasing sensitiving of the D2 and D3 receptors could be good for me, but i need something to sleep on and i would like to stick to seroquel at night 25 - 50 mg.
Anyways, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Rovers I e-mail with an ex-babblers on low dose requip and now I think very low dose of zyprexa. He's functioning at normal and has his business up and running again. Phillipa

Thanks, do u know what sort of dosages he is taking of each and when. i was thinking 0.125mg requip in morn, 50mg seroquel at night....but this is guess work.

Rovers I think he started on 2.5mg of requip and recently tried 5mg. Not sure if he stayed on it or not? The other meds are all low doses know that. I will see if have a copy. Phillipa
