I know I'm in the minority but once tried it at 15mg for sleep and I didn't feel a thing. Others here have done quite well on higher doses. Not sure of when it starts to work for depression. Phillipa

maybe a week, though thats probably true especially for sleep and appetite. also depends on getting a useful dose, probably 30-45 though don't have to stop there
