For what were you taking it?
In my experience Seroquel improves mood aslong it improves sleep in insomniacs.
After sometime the sleep-inducing effect fades away,and so does the mood-lift.
It happened to me too.
I took it for agitated depression.
When some time passes without it,it might work again for some time.I'm taking Seroquel as an as-needed-drug,only when I'm in deep dispair (25-50 mg) and it does wonders for me that way.
