Well, I just switched from EMSAM to Parnate with no washout. My pdoc said I didn't need one. This worries me but I'm so desperate to be on Parnate and feeling better that I'm ignoring it and the possible risks of not having the washout. I'm starting with 20mg today and then going up 10 mg per day until 60mg. Wish me luck! I just hope I made the right choice going off of EMSAM after only 2 weeks! I hate this-- you never know whether you're making the right choices or not!

Best of luck. I remember I went from Parnate to Nardil with no washout and had no problems.
