I guess I am just lucky but I have never had withdrawal symptoms from coming off a med, even cold turkey. I have come off A LOT of meds. I don't even know what a brain zap feels. I wonder if it means that the drug wasn't doing anything for me to begin with? Any thoughts?

I came off of 60 mg parnate that I built up to over eight weeks without any sides. Also frequently stopped my ad runs cold turkey.

I never had any coming off TCA's, AP's, modafinil, NRI's or DA's but SSRI/SNRI's and Lamictal have been terrible. You're a very lucky individual! C

Only the paxil l0mg first one and luvox even 50mg can't come down. Phillipa

Coming off Nardil was the worst for me..brain zaps for over 4 weeks solid. Nothing could give me relief and I tapered slowly. Awful!

Maxime,
In that respect you are really, really lucky. I get awful, sick, vivid dreams, I wake up drenched in sweat, I feel sick, I feel physically awful, it goes on for weeks. Infact I'm not sure if it would go on for longer than a month because I always give up and go back on them after about five weeks.
