Is Stablon or Milnacipran available in USA?

I heard really good reviews about these 2 drugs: Tianeptine and Milnacipran. Are these available in the USA (where i live)??

Milnacipran was recently approved as Savella in the US for Fibromyalgia. Tianeptine is not available, it is in some EU countries.

Well then why do so many people on this site know about Tianeptine if it's only in EU?

Do you guys think that I can ask my psychiatrist to prescribe Milnacipran? Or do you think he'll be a pain-in-the-*ss about it?

I am a newbie, I just registered this week. SSRI's really give me bad side effects.I have heard of Stablon before. I understand that it works in an opposite manner to SSRI's. Can anyone who has been on it tell me about their experience?
