So far I think Tegretol is working. I am only taking 100mg of the extended release. I tried dropping the Seroquel at night, but have been having trouble sleeping.
Tegretol doesn't make me sleepy, like I was hoping it would. I may need to switch taking it in the AM and the Seroquel in the PM.
I was trying to trim my meds down.
So far, the Tegretol has really helped my moods. If I skip a day I get headaches and I notice I get a little moody. Eventually I will work up to 200mg a day.
Anyone else out there use this as their main mood stabilizer?
