This is most unpleasant. I have never experienced this with either of these meds by themselves.
Yesterday, it was 37.5mg effexor xr + 5mg adderall at noon. Got a full-body akathisia effect around midnight. it sucked! passed after a few hours.Tody: 75mg effexor xr + 5mg adderall in the morning and 5mg more in the afternoon. Had Akathisia-like sensations in my legs from about 3pm on.
So, does this go away? Think I should discontinue one or both? Is this ever permanent?Thanks.

I hope you get some definitive answers. Doesn't sound good to me. Personally, I'd call my pdoc asap.
