I've been on Pristiq for a week. Had some remarkably good days. But today it feels like the same old depression is seeping back in. And anxiety. It's too soon to tell right? It couldn't be pooping out yet... I'm scared tho.

Zana not that familiar with pristiq since it's new are there different doses? Could you possibly need an increase? Love Phillipa ps so glad you've had good days.

Thank you. Yes I have had some good days. Precious days. And no, of course I'm afraid they won't continue. As both my husband and therapist pointed out, everyone has up and down days. But when you've been so depressed a down day feels like the beginning of the end.
I've just started the Pristiq. I assume, like other ADs it takes a few weeks to know what it's full effects will be.
I'm glad I'm meeting with my pdoc this afternoon. Hopefully she will put my mind as ease and have good ideas about where to go from here. I'd like to get off the seroquel but I'm afraid it's providing a base that I need. These cocktials of drug are so confusing and I know some studies show that people do no better on 5 drugs than on one. But... We'll see.
Too bad Myco is in such bad place.Zana
