Here is an older but good review of how the irreversible MAOIs Nardil(phenelzine) and Parnate(tranylcypromine) work their magic.

They just started adding that parnate also effects gaba b,this sparked my interest,however i havent found more detail into this exact profile and funny calling the company and speaking to a 'tech' was hilarious,they read off the old data sheet.

Parnate was sold by a single chemisct to glaxco,so they dont know much on it history wise,im just glad its around.
