am i starting to discover that it might be Akathisia that i have...how would one treat this along with treating depression....ps. many meds can cause Akathisia....thats the problem

I got the terrible restless feeling from Abilify, the restlessness went away when I stopped taking the Abilify. No other med has given me that feeling, and I've been on quite a few meds.
