My head hurts so bad I can't sleep, it's been hours now. I think it's because I forgot to take the Buspirone this morning AND the night before, I'm such an idiot sometimes. Please=does anyone know how to get rid of one? I can't go to the store now I'm immobilized with pain. I took 2 of the Xanax .25 but it didn't help.

Can you not add a lil buspirone for it? also perhaps its tension/anxiety headache in which case a nice strong blast of a benzo (or some anxiolytic - fast acting) would work nicely.

Have you tried taking some advil (ibuprofen)? I find it more effective than tylenol or aleve for tension type headaches for some reason.

Garnet it's a little late now for the headache as now the early afternoon did you manage to get rid of the headache. Could be a withdrawal symtom? Don't know. I get headaches that last three days and no matter what I take they stay and then they mysteriously disappear? Did you take anything? I usually take 400mg of Motrin. Love Phillipa
