I've listed here some meds I'm interested in or have found helpful and put them in different categories. You choose one from each group to come up with different permutations. I didn't come up with all of them and I don't know which would work best for me--I have Social Phobia, Dysthymia, and ADD, in that order of severity. If you've had experience with any of these meds or combinations of them, please comment. I'd really appreciate your input as I try to figure out what combo might work best for me.

I know it's not a cocktail, but my guess is the more stimulating medications would be more suitable. Have you not considered Wellbutrin in your equations..?

coffee is pretty good for my social anxiety..............................
Is it safe to combine pristiq and zoloft? If I did that I'd probably get serotonin syndrome. When I take two antidepressants with serotonin action I get really crazy feelings like psychosis stuff. Jumbled thoughts and just obviously wierd stuff.

Yeah, it's safe in low dosages. That's what I'm doing now and it works pretty well. Zoloft tends to make a bit sleepy but not with the Pristiq.
