Hi!
Does anyone (cumulative? Jeroen?) know when to start memantine for stimulant poop out and what the target dose is? My pdoc agreed to it (yay!) and I've started Wellbutrin (best drug for me) again, which had pooped out in the past after 4 weeks -- should I start memantine now, or when it poops out?
And I've read the normal dose is 20 mg but for poop out it is either 30 or 40 mg. What is best?

hi, start lowest dose 5 mg dont take too much at start, ive read a woman taking 30 mg and had no real serious problems but i have read others do have problems so be carefull here
you need to start taking it from the start of your other pooped out med i think.
ask your doctor, just be carefull with too high doses, might give you confusion, psychosis alike things you rather not like to experience, low dose (my words) like any sane doctor would do with this experimental treatment
