Starting Nardil!

Posted by elbee on August 12, 2008, at 14:19:21

I'm starting it today! Or tomorrow...Is it a bad idea to take the first dosage 15 mg at night? Also, I think I have the link to the diet somewhere but if anyone has it really handy could you post it. I'm excited! Hope it works! Hope it doesn't make me hypomanic!

Nardil can cause insomnia. You may want to try to get all your doses in by late afternoon. At least that helped me a little bit with the insomnia.

I'm starting Nardil these days too, so I have no idea if it's a good or bad idea to start 15 mg a night. I will start at 60 mg a day spread on 4 dosages throughout the day. Think I have to try to see for myself how Nardil works on me, to decide when to take Nardil in future.

I see someone has posted diet list earlier here on babble: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20010814/msgs/75408.html

Hope Nardil works good for you!
