This is partially for my anxiety, partially just to "even me out"...possible mild cyclothemia, impulsivity...
I have tried high doses of lithium, depakote and lamictal all by themselves, none of which worked on their own or maybe slightly but had bad side effects. Right now I'm trying very low combo of lithium and depakote. Anybody tried this before? I'm still trying to gauge it....been about 2 weeks. Has anybody had any good or bad experiences with it?Thanks

Hi BecksFLA,
There are a few of us on this board who take lithium but can only tolerate a low dose. I am one of them...(600mg). I just tried last week to add Lamictal to my med cocktail with no luck. But that small dose of lithium does seem to help me.
Best of luck,
Roslynn
