Since starting Cymbalta, I frequently experience pain in my chest. Should I be concerned? Can Cymbalta damage my heart?

Jamal don't think so only negative I've heard is high blood pressure. What dose are you on and pain could be indigestion? Love Phillipa

I'm on 60mg / day.
I don't think it's indigestion. The pain is in the top left of my chest, where my heart is located, and I felt it for the first time the day I started Cymbalta. Initially the pain was only occasional, but now it is happening almost every day, to the point of even waking me up at night because it feels so unpleasant.
