I'm now on my 4th day of withdrawal. Tried to do it cold turkey since we have no insurance but had to call the dr for a sample. The withdrawals are the worst thing I have ever experienced, the cursing in my head (this isn't me), the lost of thought and words, the shaking uncontrollably , the sweating, the throbbing in the head/ears, the emotions changing, the stomach problems, itching/needles in the hands/feet, the dreams, the flu like symptoms, and what we are putting the ones we love thru. I've been on this poison for 9 months, due to a hysterotomy and car accident. If only I would have know what I did for my body, I would have never let the first pill pass through my lips!!!!!

Hi welcome to Babble. Lots of good info here. And there is also a withdrawal board with a lot of cymbalta withdrawal stories might want to post there. But I do a number of people count the contents of capsules and don't chew them either put in a gelatin capsule or mix with food. May I ask what your withdrawal protocol is? Maybe cut down very slowly. So sorry you're have so many problems. Good luck to you. Phillipa
