I notice alot of members asking adhd questions. I just thought I'd tell about my experience with meds. I've tried. I started out on Adderell- had to increase dose and psychiatrist suggested trying Vyvanse. This was too strong even at lowest dose- had withdraw symptoms every day. Now I switched to Focalin (similar to Ritalin and it's much better. It's very smooth taking effect. I still get that shakey feeling once in awhile but only if I'm late taking next dose (hours late).

i wish i could discuss so much with you about ADHD medications. I can't be on them, one because of my mother, and next my doctor can't legally treat me.
The best ADHD medicaiton that i ever was on was Dexedrine. But i thought that Vvyvanse would give it a try and then still, my doctor, "i cant treat you"
best luck, this sucks because im the most worst case of ADHD in the state really. My mother is so fiece she won't send me to collage if i take stimulants. Psychotic...lady.
Wish you luck
