Hi everybody!
Well it has been two weeks now since I have been taking Prozac again after poop out 11 months ago.
I have not woken up crying or have overwhelming sadness for several days now.
Also my energy level is increasing and I am able to keep my thoughts from going into a cycle of self pity.
I see the Psy Guy tomorrow. He decreased my Lexapro from 10 mg to 5 mg when he started me back on 20 mg of Prozac. I am hoping he will discontinue the Lexapro all together.
I will keep you posted on how it progresses!

I think what many think as Prozac poop out is when Prozac causes some sort of apathy, they are rushing to name Prozac the culprit. But from my ten years of experience with this med, I can reassure Prozac never loses its efficacy in treating depression and most importantly panic attacks.
Good luck to you with Prozac. You will definitely be helped.

No anxiety from the prozac? What was the difference for you between lexapro and prozac? Phillipa
