I dont want to explain what just happened here tonght.
It was so fast, i went so manic, in less than a millio of second, and stayed that way for 6 min, i dont rerember 1 thing that happened. Exept what started.
Erratic, i dont believe i have i have the traditional Bipolar disorder as many people. Mine is very much more sparatic, less predicable. More less understandable, i dont know what is wrong with me. I really do not know what is going on.
The medications, listen i have said before that im fine with the medications im on. I think, what happens is it will happen in millionth of second and lasts very short. Its not a panic attack. Its what i call "Manic Attacks". They are very mentally exhasting.
Im very diffrent from other people in disorders, exept depression, i cant really relate my symtoms to others. I have to tell my doctor what im going through. These symptoms are really starting to manifest, and to tell you its going to have go under control, i cant live my life like this.
Feeling a bit funny....
Then thinking repetive about something over and over.
Feel almost almost out of control. With thoughts. What i cant tell you would make you think im really out there. Its confidencial. But i need, the prozac has nothing to do with this, i know for a fact. I think its more of a mood stabilzer thats not doing its job. But its not over a period of time, its in millio seconds. And taking a xanax, first of all it doesnt hit in time, ITS ALREDY OVER WITH! but then the awful feeling after it.
Ohh goodness....im overwhelming myself.
I do think 2nd opionion or some scans may help.
thanks
wink ;)

>Actually, I think what you're describing is pretty typical.
Yes, you have to tell your doctor what you are going through. Xanax is not effective for you, from what you've shown us here. Maybe if your doctor had a clearer picture of what you're going through, he would prescribe something more effective.
I'm curious, you've been talking for a fair while now about lithium, but apparently nothing has yet come of it. Have you seen your doctor in that time? How often do you see your doctor? When do you see him next?
Good luck, whatever you do.

Yes when are going to try a med like lithium? It has been a long time. I've heard that add can become as an adult bipolar. Don't know if any truth in this what do you think? Phillipa
