Been on EMSAM 5 1/2 wks w/ no response.
1 wk. 6 mgs., 1 wk. 9 mgs., 3 1/5 wks. 12 mgs.
I have a high tolerance for chemicals & never had a positive response from antidepressants.
Can you suggest a medication to help along antidepressant/mood lifting effects of EMSAM?
Tried 2000 mgs. DLPA w/ 300 mgs. B4 a day for about 2 weeks w/ no positive effects.
I've read some posts about Provigil, Abilify, Deplin, Stimulants, etc.
Going to doctor soon & would like to have an arsonal of printed information to show that I'm interested in researching my problem/resolution.
Thank you in advanced for any/all info.

Hi are you back from the pdoc? What did he/she suggest? Phillipa heard deplin is good and providgil.

It's going to take the full 6 weeks on the 12mg patch (another 2.5 weeks). I know I know... I hate the wait too.

stopped DLPA about 5 days ago
no difference on or off it 4 me
i think i've had insomnia the past 2 days
kinda on track at same time u experienced it
hopefully i will have positive response after 6wks. at 12 mg like you also

Sounds like you're heading that way. I'll be quite surprised if you don't find relief from it as well.
