Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the Pfeiffer Treatment Center in Illinois. It looks for nutritional imbalances and deficiencies in your body that could be responsible for the depressive, etc. symptoms being experienced. I've been medicated for depression for about6 years now and want to start looking into holistic methods. But it's expensive. Has anyone been there, and if so, have you had success with it?

I would love to go there but live far away.
I believe that orthomolecular medicine helps many people and correcting nutritional imbalances should be standard for any patient. They will consider hypoglycemia, histamine levels and the like where most Dr's won't.
Osmond, Hoffer, Pfieffer and Pauling's work is well worth a look or two and given the chance to go to that institute I would jump on it.
Please, let us know how you fare.
Kaye
