Hi everyone. I really need some help! I'm away on vacation (my 1st time in over a year) and 1 week prior to my leaving for vacation, was my last dose of Xanax.
I went from 3mg of Xanax per day to about 2.5mg-3mg of Klonopin. Ever since I've been on this stuff I've been really dizzy and every day I get worse and worse. Also I'm starting to have panic attacks again and sometimes literally feel so sick that I feel like I'm dying.
I have taken Klonopin in the past and quit taking it because it seemed like it didn't work real well for my anxiety and also made me feel like a drugged up zombie. Also it seems to make me depressed/moody. But I must say it's great for sleep.
I don't know what to do! I think I'm gonna add 1mg of Xanax back to the mix and take 2mg-2.5mg of Klonopin a day for a while and see what happens. I can't even function! I haven't done 1 thing since being on vacation and have been deathly ill the entire time.
I've gone through Xanax withdrawal before and I can say that this isn't the same as before. It's worse! I honestly believe the Klonopin is disagreeing with my body as I feel as though I've been poisoned and am so dizzy and nauseous I can't even drive.
If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. At this point I have access to some Valium (which seems to make me a little duhhh too and dizzy), the Xanax and Ativan (which I have never really tried.) I don't know what to do and am extremely desperate as I have to fly cross-country this Friday and don't think I can unless I get better.

Well you know the xanax works for you I say go back on it and klonopin made me feel suicidal and had to immediately at that time in life switch right back to xanax and all was well. Love Phillipa
