What really is chronic dysphoria caused from? (bad irritible moods, not just depression, alot of mixed emotions that just come out of no where.
I hate, well it could be situations in life that your just not happy with, or there is a time in your life that it is just not really a good time to think about.
**Well im jabbering on....let me think of a way to explain this with out making a whole long post some one doesnt want to read.I really stuggle with mixed moods, i dont know if its bi poler disorder, Taking Zyprexa (mood stablizer, antipsychotic), Prozac (depression, and Xanax is what is trying to treat me right now.
Really i can be really in a good peppy mood but now im really a pessimist about things.
I know proably you thought this was informative, sorry about the post, i should of put it in diffrent terms.

also today i got stuck on phone listening to Kenny G for half a hour about my bank, i swear if they play that again im gonig to email them a get this song out of here!
