reducing tolerance to medication

i have had to take more and more of my medication to get the results i used to get at a much lower dose of concerta, how do I lowr the tolerance so i dont have to run out of my prescription before the end of the month?

Have you tried taking a short break (1-2 weeks?) from it? Do you take it 30-45 min before eating? If it's not working as well as it used to, talk to your doctor. That's what I would do - certainly wouldn't hurt to ask.
