Where have i heard Xanax is anti-aggression?

Posted by rjlockhart on February 23, 2007, at 1:50:41

Klonopin used to make me mean, i was pessimistic when i was on it. Seemed like i was cold, you know 1mg made me just in a bad mood.

Xanax just mellows me out and sometimes emotions too, not exactly, but i have felt less mmmmm, feeling to argue, or justify what im saying.

I have heard this from some website i forgot....

I would think Lorazpeam (Ativan) is anti aggression because it is used in hosptials to calm patients down.

I took Ativan 2mg X 3 daily! in 2005. Not much anti aggression, i still felt well it didnt mellow me out as much as Xanax. Thats what im saying.

Well this is an open ended question so...

anything?

Well Klonopin isn't, that's for sure (for me at least). I became very aggressive, and violent at times. A bit like an alcoholic.

I was taking between 2-8mg prescribed by my GP, and up to 20mg at one time when I was abusing it.

I was on Klonopin 2mg. I disliked it so much, omg, it was like taking valium and thorazine at the same time.

Klonopin made me mean, cold, in a bad mood, sometiems rude to people.

But anyways, no i dont belive Xanax is anti aggression at all, Ativan i would believe is more that way because it is used to calm psychotic patients.

You dont see Xanax in hospitals.
