Does anyone have experience
with this substance --> picamilone?

Is it good for anxiety?

Thanks,
James

I took it and was dissapointed.

In higher doses it made me agitated.

I took a medium dose and it scared the heck out of me. Came so close to a panic attack it terrified me. The next 2 days I was definitely more relaxed, like it had a delayed effect, but also in a state of amnesia. I couldn't remember if it was the weekend or not, if it was a workday or not, and where I had just driven. For such a seemingly innocent combination of gaba and niacin, it was scary stuff for me.

1. Picamilone did nothing for me
2. Niaspan (Niacin 500mg) for triglycerides causes me to have a "niacin flush" about once every month. very unpleasant side effect as face/upeerr body turns like a beetroot and feels sunburnt
