I've read some prior posts and studies that suggest the BZ1 receptor agonists can cause daytime anxiety.Theoretically it seems reasonable. How likely is this, however, at (FDA)-approved doses?
Can anyone attest to this or if they noticed a significant decrease in daytime anxiety after tapering off one of these meds?

Just started lunesta with valium and xanax. And it doesn't touch the amount of sleep I get so what else is new? Love Phillipa
