i take 300 mgs of luvox right now---and it seems that i could get a better effect if i took a higher dose. I heard of people taking up to 400 mgs of luvox even though the max is suppose to be 300. Anyone have experience taking more than 300 or heard of anyone taking more than 300? I also take 2 mgs of clonazepam daily

Yes, when I was taking Luvox I took it up to 450mg although I think we backed down to 400 as it caused a bit too much nausea and electric shocks. I forget. But its an agent with a wide dosage range and actually fairly good for OCD.

have you tried dexedrine? that might be a good call--augmentation instead of dose escalation.

I took 350 mg. It helped at first, but then it pooped out. I would try augmenting it with something. Lots of possibilities. :)

Only ad I trust. Since it's the most sedating of the ssri's. I think years ago I got to 300mg and for about 2-3 weeks actually had it work. Then for some reason I couldn't tolerate it at that high a dose. Wish I could though as zero side effects. Love Phillipa ps boy that was a long time ago.
