The anticholinergic drug Benztropine, actually has a fairly high binding for the DAT transporter.

It means that it is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor.

Well, cogentin is normally used for akathesia due to AP's and such. Anyhow, it is also a dopamine reuptake inhibitor like wellbutrin.

I know some people have found benztropine to have antidepressant properites. The DAT inhibition of cogentin in combinaiton with its anticholinergic action may be responsable for some antidepressant action.
