Same damn thing every year. Instead of being jolly, I feel like crawling into a cave for the winter. One foot of snow already and near zero temps. My sciatica is a pain in the butt right now and I need something to change to get through the next few weeks. I should be happy, but I'm not...better off than last year but still not happy. I have my moments when things are briefly bright. I'm considering experimenting with dosages of both Effexor (at 150mg now) and doxepin (25mg at bedtime). Would boosting my NE possible make a difference? I just feel BLAH.BLAH.BLAH! Oh, I am also taking 200mg of Lyrica and 1mg of clonazepam daily. Any thoughts? And what neurotransmitters does the Lyrica affect?
Gratefully yours,
Colleen
