This is neuro-active steriod which is supposed to have an anti-anxiety effect.
Progenalone seems to be readilly available online, but I can't find a source of Allopregnenolone anywere!

I read somewhere that all of the currently available SSRI's increase the activity of the enzyme that produces allopregnanalone some 20 times, giving an alternatve explaination for SSRI action.
