First- I'm going up to 1200 mg tomorrow from 800 mg. I've noticed no change in my cycling or a decrease in mania. Should I have noticed something by now? Will I notice a change if I don't at 1200 but my doctor takes me up to 1600 mg?
Second- I'm getting more delusional. Could that possibly be from the tegretol and if not will the tegretol help with that or will I require an antipsychotic if I can't keep myself... together.

Gee I'm not bipolar but if you're getting delusional I would imagine an antipsychotic would help until you straighten your meds out. What other meds are you on? Love Phillipa

I'm on tegretol and clonazepam but antipsychotics make me feel really sick (except I haven't tried geodon yet). So I don't know.... Thanks though.
