I was wondering, i just looked up about TCA's have little effect on attention. Thats is not good.
Does anyone know?

Yes, I've taken Prozac and imipramine together, fairly high doses too. 60 and 200 mg respectively.

I take Prozac plus nortriptiline (and tramadol): 15 mg, 10 mg (just starting) and 100 mg respectively each day.
Amongst other things (combatting pain) I hope the nortriptiline will help me focus my attention better (which was bad on prozac alone, a bit better with tramadol alone).
(I want to go up (very) slow with the nortr. because of possible interactions between the three meds.)
