I have been on 10mg of lexapro for 14 days now. i have completely lost my sex drive and i am tired all of the time. i am also concerned w/ the issue of weight gain. i havent seen a significant change as of yet...

~~~ I gained no weight during the six months I was on 10mgs. Startup effects for me took about 4-6 weeks to completely abate. Full AD and anti-anxiety effects topped out at 8 weeks. It's been a good med for me, but we are all so very different.I hope it works out for you.
