I dont know what you guys think.
I take 4mg of Xanax for panic, but NOT for mania, it worsesns it and makes it furiate with me, i go crazy. I feel like just punching something.
It is good for panic but when, im angry it, also clonazepam, i have gotten in PSYCHIAL fights on clonazepam. I was on the floor, with someone i do not want to mention. And this whole time i thought i have been going crazy. Maybe i was right...
Xanax can increase actually delusions, i have jogged on Xanax and went thought my imagination faster. Getting angry, too.
I dont know, Ativan is a placebo for me. I was on 6mg (2mg X 3) DAILY about 1 year ago. Didnt work, i actually was having more anxiety.
Anyways that was my put.

Matt you have so much anger toward your family I think you are taking it out on other people and it has nothing to do with meds. Love Phillipa

I have noticed that Xanax can have an angry rebound if you let it run out of your system before end of day. The advantahe of xanax is that it is immediate in it's effect.
Is your anger immediate or 4 or 5 hours later.
You can go to smaller doses and spread them out.
AD's work more for anger.
I know many paretns who ended up on ADs bc they were yelling at their kids all the time.
